If you would like to request an appointment please contact us at the phone number above. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
At the Aesthetic Dental Center, payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We will gladly file an insurance claim on your behalf directly following your visit to ensure you receive a swift reimbursement from your insurance provider. The individual or party insured will receive the reimbursement money directly. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
